Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with the quality of our product. We will accept returns (no exchanges) of any product that has at least half full and received within 30 days of purchase. Full refund will be provided when returned item is received within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed to you. Reward points associated with this returned item will be deducted from your total points. If evidence of abuse of our return policy is observed, we reserve the right to restrict return or charge a return processing fee.
To return any item, follow these steps:
- Send an email to Customer Care at email@example.com indicating the name you used to purchase the item, order number, and reason for return. We will take care of the return and provide you with a complimentary return label for returns that meet our policy requirements. Do not send the item without first contacting our customer care team.
- Print the pre-paid label.
- Pack your return safely in the box and affix the prepaid return label.
- Mail the box.
We do not accept international returns, except EU.
Missing or Damaged Delivery
Contact Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible after receiving your damaged delivery. Indicate the name you used to purchase the item, order number, and photos of the damaged item.
If you received a delivery confirmation that marks your item delivered but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier provided to you and reference the tracking number. They have the information needed to track your order. If they are unable to help you or locate the package, contact Customer Care at email@example.com immediately. We require a minimum 2 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement.
Missing or damaged deliveries must be processed within the 30 days of purchase. Outside this time period, no further assistance or relief will be provided.
- USA: All US orders receive FREE USPS Priority 1-2 Day shipping. Allow 1 business day to process the order, depending on product availability. Orders typically take 1-3 business days to arrive once processed. Faster or expedited shipping options are also available to you at checkout should you decide to pay extra. These extra shipping costs are charged directly by either UPS or DHL based on your selection.
- International: All International orders receive FREE UPS Worldwide Express shipping and FREE Duties and Taxes on orders USD $200 and over. Allow 1 business day to process the order, depending on product availability. Orders typically take 2-7 business days to arrive once processed. Faster or expedited shipping options are also available to you at checkout should you decide to pay extra. These extra shipping costs are charged directly by either UPS or DHL based on your selection. Note: For orders below USD $200, you are responsible for paying any additional duties or tariffs imposed by your country. Depending on your country, you may be able to pay for them upfront upon checkout (this option is presented to you on our shopping platform) or via the shipping carrier upon arrival of the items in your country where you will have to pay in order to release the item.
